Territory Sales Incharge

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Territory Sales In-Charge to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage.

  • Manage sales operations within the assigned territory

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions in the market

  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues as per company policy

  • Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the management

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and strategies

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market handling

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel is an advantage)
