We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Territory Sales In-Charge to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage.
Manage sales operations within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions in the market
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues as per company policy
Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the management
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and strategies
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market handling
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel is an advantage)
